[chimerax-users] Scroll threshold step size

OK, this is done. Next release will have a "clipper set
contourSensitivity {value}" where value is a fraction of a standard
deviation to change per tick of the scroll wheel. Hoping to get new
builds released in a couple of weeks - let me know if you want an
earlier hot-fix.
