[chimerax-users] Chimerax for Ubuntu 21.04

The problem with Ubuntu 21.04 is that the libffi7 is not available, so
the dependencies are not met when you try to install ChimeraX.  Right
now the best solution is to install the Ubuntu 20.04 libffi7 package
from
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/libf/libffi/libffi7_3.3-4_amd64.deb.
And then install the ChimeraX for Ubuntu 20.04.

To limit the variety of Ubuntu downloads, our policy is to only provide
versions for the currently supported LTS releases.  So when Ubuntu 22.04
comes out, we will make a version for it.  And just noticed that Ubuntu
16.04's end of life was April 2021, with paid support through Apri 2024.
So we will stop making Ubuntu 16.04 releases unless we have a commercial
licensee that needs it.
