[chimerax-users] Generate the .dssp file in ChimeraX ?

Hi Arun,
ChimeraX has a "dssp" command to do the secondary structure calculation, including a "report" option to put detailed information in the Log:

Then you can save Log contents to a file.  However, the information is not in exactly the same format  as the original DSSP program would write, so it probably does not qualify as a ".dssp" file.  As I understand it, ChimeraX reimplements the published method, but does not run the original DSSP program.
