Hi Diego,
Sounds like you need to get a newer version of ChimeraX. With questions like this, you should say what version you are using (or first try getting a new version in case what you have is old).
Command "unitcell outline" works for me in recent builds,

... and the Change Log says that this command was added in March 2021, so you need ChimeraX production release 1.2 or newer.

We just put a release candidate for version 1.3 on the download page, so you might want to try that one instead for even more features!
