[chimerax-users] Turning off silhouettes to specific selection

Sorry, no. However, if you are getting some lines in places where you don't want them, you could try changing the depthJump parameter and/or distance between front and back clipping planes -- see  the "graphics silhouettes" command:

Alternatively, instead of silhouettes, you could use selection to draw an outline on a specific part.  The selection outline is default green but you can change color, width, etc. with "graphics selection":
