Hi Megan,
I believe that the 92 planes are numbered 0 to 91, and 374 planes are numbered 0 to 373. Since they have different numbers of slices you wouldn't expect them to finish at the same time if they start at the same time. I would expect your command to make them start at the same time, but when #2 is finished, you still have slices 92-373 of #5 to traverse. If you wanted them to both start and finish at the same time, you would need to figure out the start, end, and interval (e.g. every other one, every third one) that would give you the same number of planes to traverse for each volume. E.g. something like
volume #5 planes z,0,91; volume #2 planes z,0,373,4; wait 120
...but the exact numbers would depend on how you expect the features of the two maps to align in Z.
