[chimerax-users] Trouble running ChimeraX 1.3 on Windows 7

Hi there,
I got this error message "api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll is missing" when i tried to run ChimeraX 1.3 after installation. 
My OS is Window 7 and I have no trouble running ChimeraX 1.2.5.
I greatly appreciate your help.
