[chimerax-users] Blob measurement question?

Maybe you can try to find alternative ways of measuring the volume (other programs/web servers), then see if they corroborate the estimates from ChimeraX.

I also like Castp but have only used it on pockets in monomers. I don't know if it can be used for something like a virus capsid...
