[chimerax-users] Colab Modelled, but no PDB

Hi Anthony,
An option of whether or not to use templates for a prediction was recently added (so to use it you need a new daily build) to the AlphaFold dialog.  It's right above the minimization option.

This option is simply yes/no, it does not give you the choice of controlling which ones to use.  I guess it is also possible that even when you turn on the option to use templates, it might still not use any if no suitable template structures are found.
