Dear Jeya Priya,
As far as I know, you do not have a commercial license.  How to get and pay for a commercial license is explained on this page:

As I said in my previous message, after you pay for the commercial license we will send you e-mail instructions about how to download the commercial version, which includes all ChimeraX versions (releases, daily builds, etc.).

The contact address for commercial licensing is chimera at cgl.ucsf.edu (not chimerax-users at cgl.ucsf.edu, which is for questions about program features).
