Hi Yaohui,
You can make an arrow from a cylinder and cone.
open 13880 from emdb
vol #1 originIndex 123
shape cylinder from 0,0,0 to 0,0,30 color yellow
shape cone from 0,0,30 topoint 0,0,40 color yellow radius 3
