[chimerax-users] Surface Coloring of EM density maps by radius

Hi Sayan,
ChimeraX has both a "Surface Color" tool with the radial coloring option (color by "radius") and the command "color radial".

Surface Color was added in March 2021, so you would need ChimeraX 1.2 or newer.
