[chimerax-users] no text in log gui after ubuntu 22.04 upgrade

Update your ChimeraX installation to the 1.4 release candidate for 
Ubuntu 22.04.  You need the newer version of the Qt user interface 
toolkit that comes with 1.4 (and the corresponding code changes in 
ChimeraX).
