After you purchase a license (and we have confirmed payment receipt) you will receive an e-mail with instructions that include the URL of the commercial download page, a license key, and how to use the license key in that page. The commercial download page includes all the same versions as the academic/noncommercial one, including daily builds and new versions, and you can get them whenever you want, except limited to the 3 year period of the license.
Commercial users should not use the URL in your message, which is for academic/noncommercial download only.
