[chimerax-users] chimeraX clipper install

Firstly, are you sure you need to install Clipper separately? It’s mostly
there as a support plugin for other bundles (particularly ISOLDE, also
STRUDEL Score) and will be automatically installed when you install one of
those. But to answer your main question, you need to do “toolshed install
/path/to/wheelfile.whl” on the ChimeraX command line.
