Good Morning Gina,
Sorry, we do not have such documents available -- we are a small team of software developers at a university research lab, not a commercial software company.  ChimeraX is a molecular graphics program and does not itself contain any special accessibility settings.

The ChimeraX website has general information on features and some screenshots:
