Hi Suresh,
The next release of Phenix will support ChimeraX as a default viewer. The Phenix team anticipates putting out release candidates in the next few weeks. We also working on ChimeraX tool interfaces to various Phenix functions. Only one is implemented so far, for placing waters in EM maps, but more will be added in due course since there is a grant supporting the development. The water-placement tool is available by installing the PhenixUI bundle from the Toolshed. If there are particular functionalities you would like to see tools for, let us know since that would help guide our development.
