Hi Thibault,
I made a video using ISOLDE in VR to tug atoms
[ https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/data/isolde-vr-mar2021/isolde_vr.mp4 | https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/data/isolde-vr-mar2021/isolde_vr.mp4 ]
Maybe the most recent ISOLDE has some problem with VR, I made that video in 2021. If the video does not help you get it to work, I can test with current ISOLDE, The "Tug" mode in the ChimeraX "right mouse" toolbar works in VR, but won't help with ISOLDE since it does not feel map forces.

Dear all,
I tried to use my Occulus Quest with ChimeraX Isolde Pluggin, while it works amazingly, the "tugging" function doesn't work.
I thought that maybe it is the mouse mode that is node configured, so I tried "vr button trigger select" or 'vr button trigger "isolde tug atom"' but nope...
It is not a request of course, just a question to know if someone already tried it ^^
Best regards,
Thibault Tubiana.
