[chimerax-users] commandline to change the step and threshold of all the maps

Hello,
See the "volume" command, which has many options including these.  You can use ChimeraX command "help volume" to view the page included in your installation, or see the copy at our website here:

the "level" option sets the threshold(s)

the "step" option sets the step sizes
<https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/volume.html#sampling>

In the command usage description, model-spec can be the word all, or the word sel to mean the current selection, or a list of one or more model numbers, for example:

volume #3,4 level 0.04
volume all step 2
volume sel step 1
