"hbond" options suggestions — at Initial Version

Description
(A)"batch" is useless since it only applies to "selRestrict" (in Chimera) which does not exist in ChimeraX. Maybe remove option entirely or change behavior to include messages that might actually occur in ChimeraX.
(B) could add "select" option analogous to that in clashes/contacts (less crucial now that "hbondatoms" selector has been added, however)
