+* R01 funding
+  - NIGMS agreed to fund our original R01 submission starting in a week.
+  - Tom Ferrin needs to submit annual report for close of previous R01 right away.
+  - Since we expected funding in March but now are getting it 6 months early, have too much R01 funding.
+  - Plan is to hire a new developer.

+* Offsite meeting
+  - Will have offsite sailing and lunch October 18, Scooter's boat
+  - Possibly pick up at Treasure Island, lunch at Angel Island
+  - Conrad will join, Al cannot make it, Cheryl will join
+  - Dress in layers, prepared for cold weather or warm

+  - New projector for vizvault ordered and shipped
