[Chimera-users] Residue information failed

Hi Kunrong,

  This problem is very likely unrelated to registration.  Instead it is probably that the graphics driver was updated on your machine (for a Windows 10 machine this might happen during an automatic update).  And the new graphics driver probably does now work correctly.  This is just a guess.  Can you use ctrl-click to select an atom or residue?  Usually that is broken too if the popup balloons don’t work and that is a sure indication of a graphics driver problem.  The fix is to update (or rollback) your graphics driver to one that works.  You can use Help / Report a Bug in Chimera to send us a bug report that will list your graphics driver so we could be more certain that is the problem.
