[chimerax-users] Add Chain to AtomicStructure

Ahh ok. After reading some comments in the code and doing some testing, at
least in proteins, the chain expands whenever a bond is created between C
and N atoms of different residues, and when a "missing structure"
pseudobond is created between CA atoms, is that correct?
