[chimerax-users] Add Chain to AtomicStructure

Yes.  To elaborate a little, it's missing-structure pseudobonds between the last backbone atom of one polymeric residue and the first backbone atom of another.  Also, there are analogous criteria for nucleic-acid bonds / missing-structure pseudobonds.
