Hi ChimeraX-developers,
I got a question about the level option in volume viewer.
I think the level represent the isovalue for the density map. So when I set the level as 0.03, I got a density map as following :
[?? ???????]
When I set the level as 0.01, the density map as following:
[?? ???????]
So my question is that, does level 0.03 or 0.01 means, all grids with a density value lower than 0.03 or 0.01 will be present? Means when I set the level as 0.01, everything left in the density map is the density value lower than 0.01?
Best,
Tianming
