[chimerax-users] A question about the level option in volume viewer

Hello Tianming,
The level is the contour level of the surface.  Changing the level does not change any of the values in the map, it only changes where the surface is drawn based on those map values.  When you set the level at 0.01 then the surface is drawn where the map values are 0.01.
